This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and SaaS products offered by Digitlogy (operated by Vishal Prajapati, Baran, Rajasthan). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Overview
At Digitlogy, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a fair refund policy while recognizing the nature of digital services โ once delivered or configured, they cannot be "returned" like physical goods.
โ ๏ธ Important: All refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@digitlogy.in within the eligible timeframe. Requests made outside the window will not be processed.
2. SaaS Tools (RTOTracker, WhatsApp API, GMB Tool)
Free Trial Period:
- All our SaaS tools offer a 14-day free trial โ no payment required during trial
- You will only be charged after the trial ends and you choose to continue
After Paid Subscription Starts:
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if the tool is not functioning as described
- 7โ30 days: Pro-rata refund for remaining unused days (case-by-case basis)
- After 30 days: No refund for the current billing cycle. Cancel to stop future charges
- Annual plans: Refundable within 30 days of purchase minus usage charges
3. Digital Marketing Services
SEO Services:
- SEO results take 3โ6 months โ refunds are not offered based on ranking results alone
- If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables (reports, optimizations), partial refund may apply
- Monthly retainer: Cancellable with 15 days notice. No refund for current month
Social Media Marketing:
- Content creation work already delivered is non-refundable
- If we haven't started work: 100% refund within 48 hours of payment
- Monthly packages: Cancel with 15 days notice for next month
Paid Advertising (Google Ads / Meta Ads):
- Ad spend paid to Google/Meta is non-refundable โ these are third-party platforms
- Digitlogy management fees: Refundable if campaign not started within 7 days of agreed start date
Web Design & Development:
- 50% advance is non-refundable once design work begins
- If project is abandoned by us: Full refund of all amounts paid
- If client cancels mid-project: Refund of unused portion based on work completed

5. Cancellation Process
- SaaS Tools: Login to your account โ Settings โ Cancel Subscription. Or email us at contact@digitlogy.in
- Marketing Services: Send cancellation email with 15 days notice to contact@digitlogy.in
- Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until end of current paid period
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@digitlogy.in with subject: "Refund Request โ [Your Name]"
- Include: Order ID / transaction ID, reason for refund, date of payment
- We will acknowledge within 2 business days
- Decision communicated within 5โ7 business days
- Approved refunds processed via original payment method within 5โ10 business days
7. Exceptions โ No Refund Cases
- Refund request made after eligible timeframe
- Service already fully delivered and signed-off by client
- Account suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Third-party costs (Google Ads, Meta Ads, domain registration, hosting)
- Custom development work completed as per approved design
